Don Franks is a professor in health net insurance and chair of the Department of Kinesiology at the University of Maryland. Franks is a Fellow of the American College of Sports Medicine (ACSM), the American Academy of Kinesiology health net insurance and Physical Education (AAKPE), health net insurance and the Research Consortium of the American Alliance for Health, Physical Education, Recreation health net insurance and Dance (AAHPERD).
